Wave built every 60-90 minutes during peak. Multi-line orders consolidated to a single pick run. Single-SKU orders batched for cluster picking.
Cluster pick to tote, single-pack at station. Weight-checked against expected. Labels printed inline, no offline batching.
Sorted by carrier and service at end of wave. Pickups every 2 hours during peak. Tracking pushed to your channel same minute.
