How a display build runs
Planogram and BOM reviewed. Pre-build sample assembled and photographed for QA approval before the run starts.
Products, shrouds, header cards, and consumables pulled to a build station. Components verified against the planogram.
Display assembled to the planogram. First-build photo to you for QA approval. Spot-check photos through the run.
Built display stretch-wrapped per retailer pallet spec. UPC, ASN label, and BOL paperwork generated at the same station.
Floor-ready displays receipted to reserve under a unique SKU, or staged for retailer outbound the same week.
