How a crowdfunding fulfillment runs
We receive inventory while the campaign is still live. Components are counted, photographed, and staged so day-one shipping starts the moment your manufacturer delivers.
Pledge file uploaded. SKUs mapped per tier, add-ons consolidated, address validated. Backers with multiple pledges combined to avoid two shipments.
Outbound runs in waves so you can post tracking by region. Tier-1 backers first, international last so customs paperwork isn't the bottleneck.
Tracking pushed to BackerKit. Lost-in-transit and address-change requests routed through our portal so your team isn't drowning in DMs.
